I propose a new system - Revolutionary Socialist Democracy

I am an Indian who is fed of all this corruption and other stuffs which makes me sick. The govt and the system which we have as of now has failed us. I don't see any point in going and voting for one or other politicians who try to manipulate us and make use of for gaining what they want over and over again.

This is a new system by which all this can be stopped and I guess if we stand together we will be able to do something against it. This is my part I am doing. If you like this idea or you think this is hopeful, please try to share this.

Revolutionary Socialist Democracy

The idea is to bring people to the system who are really interested in serving people.

I have parted this concept model to several stages. It will take atleast 6 years before we implement this system completely.

Stage 1: - The Preliminary Stage
Changes in the education system, is the first thing we would need. There should be a degree which is to be aimed for those students who will be interested in serving people and finally controlling the govt. The degree course should be a 3 year course which will have 2 years of practicals. The students will have to study about the history of evolution of systems which controlled people and nations from ancient times till date. It should also contain the reasons why each system filed in the past. All the other stuffs in the syllabus can be determined by any educational gurus.

Stage 2: - The Secondary Stage
The students who manage to pass the 3 year course will have to go to the society and work for them. They will have the opportunity to interact with the public and the problems which these people face in their everyday life. This is supposed to give them an idea about all the people from different classes. These student should help everyone in case they need something from the panchayat or corporations. All the paper works needed for things such as electricity bills, getting electricity connections water connnections, bulding sanctions etc. They will need to make reports and they should satisfy as much people as they can. They will do this for one entire year. Each of them will be responsible for doing and spreading their service on one entire district. While they are in this stage, the authorities will be closely watching the bank accounts and other financial stuffs of theirs and their relatives.

Stage 3: - The Implementation Stage
Now the whole district will see an election. The nominees will be all those students who serviced each those district. Once the election ends, the top 20 students will be selected solely based on the votes they get. These 20 students will now form the District govt. All the other people for service will be selected through job portals. But the people should have the politics degree I mentioned on the Stage 1.

These 20 students from each district will have to now serve the whole state for one another year just like they did when they were servicing their districts. But while on this period these students will get a stipend of 6000Rs(This can be revised once the first govt by this system comes to power) per month. After one year again there will be an election for the entire state and again 20 members will be selected. That is from each state 20 Members, now 20 members will form the state govt. They can hold a meeting to determine which of them should go for the Central Govt Service. 4 of these members can go for Central Service.

Once the 4 members has been selected they can start servicing the country by their own mean. These people will be getting 50,000 Rs per month for their expenses. Again after one Year, the election should be carried out on thee whole country. Now the top 20 will be selected from this, and those will rule the Govt of India. All of these people will have veto power.

Not An END
This is a vague write up for a system. But I believe this can lead to a better system, with less corruption and much people friendly. People with more knowledge can of course add stuffs to this and make it a perfect system. If you like this idea, please do share it and make other people know about this.
Thanks.
